Curry is a mixture of various indian spices which gives the dish a mild, spicy or even very hot taste. Indian dishes with fish, meat or vegetables, a spicy curry sauce and rice or naan bread are a great treat. Green curry is considered to be the most spicy one, which gets its pepperiness of green chillies. The yellow curry is relatively mild and is colored by curcuma. The red curry is also often quite spicy, however, between the two extremes.
