How do I access my account?

To access your account, and forgive me if I may sound a bit obvious, you had to create an account. To do so, just click on the register button on the top right corner of the page and follow the instructions get registered with the best online food ordering platform in Switzerland. And why register? Because we have the largest list of restaurants (over 1900) which ensures that wherever you are, we have at least one restaurant near you. If you already happen to be registered but not logged in, you can do so using the login link which is also located in the top right corner of the web page.

So how do you know if you are already logged in? It’s simple. If you are already logged in you should see your name in the top right corner instead of the login and register links. There’s no way you can miss it. Clicking on your name will present a drop-down which you can use to access the various parts of your account. 

The drop-down will allow you to go into separate pages where you can change your personal details, delivery address, check the status of all your previous orders and reveals you give them, change your password, and log out. A basic and simple so that it perfectly fits your needs without over complicating anything. However, if you think something is missing here, don't hesitate to drop an email describing this at info@eat.ch. After all, becoming Switzerland’s number one customer restaurant platform didn’t happen by turning the deaf ear to our customers!
