How do I get a refund if I paid online?

If you received confirmation that your order was cancelled, then you’re 50% there. During checkout, if you selected cash on delivery, then you’re 100% there. However, if you chose to pay online via credit card or PayPal, then there is an extra step where you get your money back.  

First, take a deep breath, now let it out. Relax. You’re getting your money back. No doubt on it. After all, you are on Switzerland’s best food delivery platform. Here, when we say you’ll get an online food delivery refund, it means you’ll get it. 

But how? 

Well, there are two ways this can happen. Once we get to know that you have cancelled your order, you will receive a credit receipt confirming that your credit card order was cancelled. You’re going to be getting this by email, so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox. If you don’t receive this email, then check your email spam folder. It might have hit a spam filter (who knows why). If you do find our email in the spam folder, please whitelist us and mark us ‘Not Spam’ so you won’t miss out on our emails! If our email is not around in your spam folder, then call us on 0848 74 99 21.  

The other possibility is that we weren’t able to cancel the transaction, in which case we shall issue you a bank check which you can use to refund your online order.
