How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, our ninjas shall get your order information to our partner restaurants in seconds. Once the restaurant confirms the availability of food (and let’s face it, our restaurants just about never run out of food), you will get an email confirming that your order is on its way to you. We will also provide you with an estimated delivery time so that you can ensure an efficient and speedy delivery service. Depending on the distance from you to the restaurant, the delivery time may vary but we’ll get it to you, anywhere in Switzerland. 

 Of course, if you are in any of the main cities (Basel, Bern, Fribourg, Genève, Lausanne, Luzern, St. Gallen, Thun, Winterthur, Zürich), you can expect your order to get to you much faster. Naturally, how blocked the roads are also plays a huge factor.
