How do I review restaurants online?

To do a restaurant review online, start off by ordering some food! I mean, don't knock it til’ you've tried it. Once you order something off a restaurant, you’ll be able to rate the restaurant… in two hours. Two hours after you complete your order. But why two hours? Well, because we figured that once two hours have passed after you finish your online food order, you will have (hopefully) finished eating what you ordered. At this point, you will receive an email telling you to go ahead and rate the restaurant. Now, all you have to do is to lean back on your chair, deeply analyse the food you just ate and the service you just received, before rating the restaurant.

There are three categories you can pick the rating from: quality, delivery time, and driver friendliness. Once you provide the rating, we call over our friendly neighbourhood scientist to take your rating into his lab and carefully scrutinize it, before using his mathemagical powers to give the restaurant an overall rating.

Please make sure you leave an honest review of the restaurant. This will help any future customers make decisions when ordering from the restaurant. Also please note that if you give the restaurant a one-star rating in any of the categories, it is mandatory to write in a comment in the text box below the rating. By doing this, we can ensure that the restaurant addresses those issues so that we can show everyone the best online restaurant reviews. When showing you reviews of restaurants, we only show you reviews averaged over the last 90 days, so that you have a good idea of the current situation of the restaurant.
