There is a wide range of tasty sushi variations to choose from: Nigiri are hand shaped pads of rice topped with fish. Maki sushi are rice rolls filled with fish, vegetables or avocado which are surrounded by a sheet of nori. Thin rice rolls wrapped with only half a nori leaf are called hoso maki.
Making sushi yourself is not so easy - it takes a lot of time, skill and a certain amount of expert knowledge. In other words, making sushi rolls yourself takes what feels like an eternity. It is much more convenient (and usually finer) to have sushi delivered to your door. By the way, many sushi restaurants on EAT.ch also offer vegetarian sushi!
